Sugar Free Plum Jam

 

 

 

2 lb. Plums

3 fl oz Apple Juice Concentrate

4 fl oz Certo

 

 

 

1.         Use only good quality plums, wash well.

 

 

2.         Stone fruit and chop finely.

 

 

3.         Place chopped fruit and apple juice in a pan and bring to the boil. 

Simmer for 10 minutes.

 

 

4.         Return to a full rolling boil and boil hard for 10 minutes.

 

 

5.         Add Certo, pot and cover immediately.  Only use sterilized pots and

lids.

 

 

6.         Store in a refrigerator and once opened consume within 2 weeks.

 

 

 

 

N.B.     Mould may grow if product is made or stored incorrectly - discard if this

occurs.
