Orange Jelly Marmalade

 

 

 

(Using canned orange juice)

 

2 pints Canned Orange Juice

3 ½ Pints Sugar

1 Bottle Certo

 

 

 

1.         Put the orange juice and sugar into a large saucepan.

 

 

2.         Heat gently, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.

 

 

3.         Bring to a full rolling boil, stir in the Certo and boil rapidly for 1 minute.

 

 

4.         Skim, pot and cover in the usual way.
