Loganberry Jelly

 

 

 

 

3 lb. Berries

3 ¼ lb. Sugar

1 bottle Certo

 

 

 

 

1.         Use only fully ripe fruit.  To prepare juice, crush fruit thoroughly then

place in a jelly cloth or bag and squeeze out the juice.

 

 

2.         Measure the sugar and 2 lb. juice into a large saucepan and mix.

 

 

3.         Bring to a full rolling boil and add the Certo at once, stirring constantly.

 

 

4.         Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard for ½ a minute.

 

 

5.         Pot and cover in the usual way.
