Lime Jelly

 

 

 

½ lb Juice

Green Colouring

1 pint Water

3 lbs Sugar

1 bottle Certo

 

 

 

 

 

1.         Follow the directions for Lemon Jelly (or the citrus fruit jellies) using for

8-12 limes and grated rinds of ½ the limes.

 

 

 

2.         While the mixture is coming to the boil, add colouring to give the

desired shade.  (Use colouring which fruit acids do not fade).
