Honey Jelly

 

 

 

 

1 ¾ lbs Honey

¼ pint Water

½ Bottle Certo

 

 

 

 

1.         Measure the honey and water into a large saucepan and heat slowly,

stirring, until the honey is dissolved.

 

 

2.         Stir in the Certo and bring to a full rolling boil.

 

 

3.         Remove from the heat immediately.

 

 

4.         Skim, pot and cover in the usual way.
